Full ground-up lighting plan for a tenant improvement lobby. We engineered a layered scheme of dimmable recessed downlights, linear cove accents, and architectural pendant fixtures, then wired the entire space through a programmable low-voltage control system for time-of-day scene control.

Custom outdoor lighting layout integrated directly into a commercial shade canopy. We ran wet-rated conduit through structural steel, mounted weatherproof LED fixtures concealed inside the framework, and delivered an evenly lit patio area that holds up to desert heat, monsoons, and constant UV.

Two-story foyer chandelier install featuring a fully crystal fixture. We reinforced the ceiling support, added a heavy-duty fan-rated brace, wired a dedicated dimmable LED candelabra circuit, and individually dressed every crystal arm to the homeowner's specifications.

Professional roofline and landscape holiday lighting program. We pulled measured runs of commercial-grade LED strands, mounted them with non-damaging clips, and wired everything to GFCI-protected exterior outlets with weatherproof in-use covers and astronomical timers.

Shopping Center Parking Lot Light Replacement & Repair
LAS VEGAS, NV
Ongoing parking lot lighting service for a Las Vegas shopping center. Our crew rolled out with the boom lift to swap failed shoebox heads, repair shorted pole circuits, and bring the lot back up to a safe, evenly lit nighttime footprint. We diagnosed each pole at the hand-hole, replaced failed photocells and drivers, and re-lamped the entire run with high-output LED heads matched to the existing mounting pattern.
