We provide the structural training, premium safety gear, and master-level mentorship needed to help you earn your official state journeyman card.
Journeyman Wireman
The Role: Lead daily on-site installations, diagnostic sweeps, and complex circuit updates for our residential and commercial clients. This position travels in a fully stocked service truck to wire advanced Level 2 EV charging docks, manage heavy panel upgrades, and configure custom LED lighting grids.

Who You Are: A licensed, code-compliant field electrician with deep technical trade expertise who takes immense personal pride in clean craftsmanship. You must communicate clearly with local property owners using everyday language and be fully prepared to handle the thermal demands of our intense Mojave summer heatwaves safely.
Field Supervisor
The Role: Oversee multiple active service routes and job sites across the Las Vegas Valley basin, ensuring our field crews maintain absolute safety, maximum project efficiency, and code compliance. You will run on-site quality checks, manage material dispatches, and provide technical troubleshooting support to our apprentices and wiremen.

Who You Are: A seasoned master or senior journeyman with proven leadership skills and an organized approach to field management. You excel at keeping logistics running smoothly, mentoring younger technicians, and maintaining our company’s high multi-generational standards of honest, reliable service.
Project Manager
The Role: Take complete charge of our larger commercial upgrades and complex residential installations from the initial contract signing through to the final municipal inspection. You will manage labor scheduling, coordinate material deliveries with distributors, monitor project budgets, and serve as the main point of contact for general contractors and facility managers.

Who You Are: A highly organized structural leader with deep knowledge of the electrical trade, excellent problem-solving skills, and a track record of completing projects on time. You look at the big picture without losing sight of small technical details, ensuring every project layout operates profitably and safely.
Estimator
The Role: Review blueprints, material lists, and structural site conditions to calculate exact project costs and produce clear, itemized written estimates for our clients. You will perform digital load calculations, price out specialized equipment like high-capacity bus bars and smart automation grids, and ensure our pricing remains highly competitive yet profitable.
