3. Estimates, Pricing, and Payments

Before performing structural field modifications, we provide clear, itemized project estimates. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date. We protect our customers from hidden upcharges; any changes to the scope of work requested by the client or mandated by hidden structural hazards will be handled via a formal, written Change Order.
3.2 Payment Terms
Payment timelines are outlined explicitly on your project invoice.

4. Customer Obligations and Site Access
To allow our field journeymen to execute code-compliant workmanship safely, property owners and commercial facility managers must:
